As the Co-Occurring Program Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive and culturally responsive co-occurring services and substance use disorder assessments for children, youth and their families. Provide consultation, supervision, leadership and support to members of the outpatient team pursuing their SUDP. Help grow Ryther’s Co-Occurring programs!

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Complete substance use assessments as assigned and create treatment recommendations following an ASAM approved format utilized by the clinic as well as maintaining proportionate caseload of co-occurring and mental health clients (No more than 10). Develop initial psychosocial assessments, diagnosis formulation, crisis plans, and treatment plans for assigned co-occurring clients.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, which address the needs of the client within the context of the individual's home and community.
  • Provide required case management services and inter-agency collaboration.
  • May provide crisis services to clients and families.
  • Provide intensive school based services if indicated and in accordance with designated treatment plan.
  • Encourage and utilize individual and family strengths and capabilities.
  • Write treatment notes, managed care documentation, reports and summaries as necessary.
  • Maintain case records in accordance with licensing, accreditation and agency requirements.
  • Develop cooperative and collaborative working relationships with off-site agency staff and potential referral sources.
  • Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries with clients, families, co-workers and community resources.
  • Provide assigned SUDPT staff with supervision including, but not limited to, assessment, treatment, continuing care, transfer and discharge practices. Meet with assigned staff on a regular schedule as determined by Program Director.
  • Complete documentation of quarterly reviews and sign off on co-occurring treatment as necessary.
  • Write performance appraisals, with input from the Program Director, for assigned staff.
  • Provide supervision and consultation to help ensure high quality OPMH services, to determine potential high-risk clients for CQI committee, and to confirm clinicians complete all required paperwork correctly and in a timely fashion.
  • Lead bi-weekly co-occurring consultation group.
  • Provide group consultation related to EBP’s as assigned (7 challenges, etc)
  • Perform or assist with marketing to new potential referral sources as assigned.
  • Maintain all necessary credentials per agency and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain a proportionate caseload of private pay therapy clients.
  • Attend staff meetings as required.
  • Meet with Program Director on a weekly basis to review assigned cases, assigned supervision caseload and to participate in program development.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
