We have serviced Dutchess County for over 20 years and are proud to say still have original customer base! We need more crew members to keep up with our busy clientele list as well as assist at our construction company when needed.

About the Role:
Busy Construction and landscape company needing to add a crew for weekly/monthly maintenance, commercial accounts, cleanups, demolition, and cleanups. We offer full time full year work through lawn season, snow plowing and construction jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for plants, trees, and lawns using industry-standard techniques.
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Monitor and manage the health of plants and landscapes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment like mowers, blowers, and trimmers.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to office.
