We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure with strong expertise in Azure cloud, networking, and security, coupled with hands-on experience in project management and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, architecting, and driving execution of infrastructure initiatives while ensuring clear documentation, backlog management, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with global teams and the ability to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design, Project Tracking & Agile Delivery
Plan, design, implement, and manage cloud and infrastructure projects end-to-end.
Lead and coordinate technical teams while managing product backlog, user stories, and epics.
Drive Agile ceremonies include sprint planning, execution, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Develop and maintain product and project roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
2. Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise
Work closely with Infra, DevOps, and Networking teams to translate business/technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to Azure best practices, security standards, and network architecture principles.
Support architectural discussions and solution reviews for upcoming and ongoing initiatives.
3. Documentation & Communication
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation including requirements, roadmaps, design specifications, sprint reports, and project summaries.
Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across regions.
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
4. Strategic Contribution & Continuous Improvement
Identify, refine, and prioritize backlog items to maximize business value delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Advocate and implement continuous improvements in delivery processes, tooling, metrics, and reporting.
Ensure alignment of technical initiatives with organization-wide strategy and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager in cloud or infrastructure- focused environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, networking fundamentals, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience driving Agile teams.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in night shifts and collaborate effectively with global, distributed teams.
Certification and Hands on
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400)
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, automation, or Infra-as-Code.
- Exposure to enterprise governance, compliance, and cloud security frameworks.
