Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, interior detailing, and exterior polishing to achieve a showroom-quality finish
- Apply buffing techniques to remove scratches and restore vehicle paintwork to a smooth, glossy appearance
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles during the detailing process
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and provide exceptional service
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored
Requirements
- Proven experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work; janitorial experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation required
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in various outdoor environments under different weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
