**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and coordinate production and distribution team activities to meet production and shipping/receiving goals
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and optimize workflows
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes
- Familiarity with plastics extrusion techniques
- Competence in operating forklifts and other equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues
