Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our retail team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills, gain retail experience, and engage with customers in a face to face dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn about our products and sales techniques. Experience is not necessary as we will provide full training.
Duties
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product demos of ATT services to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, and ensuring visual appeal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain professional etiquette when assisting customers
- Supervise or assist in supervising other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Experience with product demos and upselling is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem solving skills
- Supervising experience is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership potential is valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively
