Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using construction plumbing techniques.
- Perform electrical work such as wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and fixture installation in compliance with safety standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, remodel, or repair structures and systems across various construction sites.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects involving plumbing, electrical systems, or carpentry.
- Conduct welding and pipe threading tasks as needed for heavy-duty piping projects.
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal climate control in commercial environments.
- Perform general handyman duties including remodeling, assembly work, heavy lifting, and site cleanup to support ongoing construction activities.
- Operate a variety of construction site equipment and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks.
- Support construction site logistics by driving commercial vehicles when required and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing, electrical work, or handyman services in commercial or industrial settings.
- Hands-on experience with construction plumbing systems and pipe threading techniques.
- Skilled in welding, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems installation or repair is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively on active job sites.
- Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and site protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation or repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred for site logistics support.
