Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint spray guns (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and other hand or power tools to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Execute painting tasks on buckets, couplers, snow plows, ect.
- Conduct surface preparation.
- Use hoists safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while following all safety regulations and wearing appropriate respiratory protection when necessary.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools such as hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in painting or related trades would be great, but not necessary, will train a responsible, dependable person.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of safety practices including respiratory protection use during spray applications.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 43.0 per week
