Influencer & Creator Relations Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Influencer & Creator Relations Coordinator to support our growing influencer team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is excited to work across all areas of pop culture. You will play a key role in identifying creators, managing outreach, coordinating campaign activities, and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research suitable creators and influencers across key pop culture categories.
- Manage outreach, communication, and relationship coordination with creators and talent representatives.
- Organize and maintain campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
- Ensure content is submitted on time and meets campaign requirements.
- Track campaign progress and support reporting and analytics needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the influencer team as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Existing roster of contacts within the influencer, creator, or talent space.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in administrative support, influencer coordination, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite) at the Los Angeles office.
- Interest in pop culture and digital creator trends.
Salary : $30 - $35
