We're looking for a Fraud Operations Specialist I to investigate and prevent fraudulent activity, authenticate customers, analyze fraud trends, and respond to fraud-related escalations.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment
- Experience investigating or identifying fraudulent activity
- Strong customer authentication and verification skills
- Ability to analyze information from multiple systems and make sound decisions
- Comfortable navigating multiple screens and applications while assisting customers by phone
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
