Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in San Diego County, CA. The Graphic Designer will create thoughtful, elevated visual assets that bring Rylee Cru, Quincy Mae, and Noralee to life across digital, retail, and print experiences.

We are looking for a talented and highly organized designer with a refined visual eye, strong illustration skills, and a passion for thoughtful brand storytelling. This role will support creative projects across mobile app campaigns, email marketing, seasonal lookbooks, retail environments, print collateral, and other customer-facing brand touchpoints.


Job Summary The Graphic Designer will design and execute creative assets that support seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, retail initiatives, and ongoing brand storytelling across the Rylee Cru Collective.

This role will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Retention, Content, and Retail Events teams to ensure that each project is visually compelling, cohesive, and aligned with established brand standards.

The ideal candidate can balance creativity with efficiency, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and thoughtfully translate creative direction into polished designs across both digital and physical applications.

Compensation: Salary range $65-75k


Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creative assets for mobile app campaigns, websites, digital marketing initiatives, and additional brand touchpoints.
  • Design and optimize email campaigns and automated email flows in partnership with the Marketing and Retention teams.
  • Create seasonal lookbooks for Rylee Cru and Noralee.
  • Design creative assets that support seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Create in-store signage, window decals, event materials, and additional retail marketing assets.
  • Design print collateral including postcards, trifolds, inserts, promotional materials, and other branded pieces.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure artwork meets digital and print specifications.
  • Create custom illustrations and original artwork that support marketing campaigns, product storytelling, retail experiences, and brand initiatives.
  • Adapt illustrations and designs across digital and physical applications while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Partner with the Creative and Content teams to incorporate photography, illustration, typography, and product storytelling into cohesive designs.
  • Help uphold and evolve the visual identities of Rylee Cru, Quincy Mae, and Noralee.
  • Ensure consistency across typography, layout, illustration, photography, and overall visual presentation.
  • Maintain organized templates, design systems, and brand assets that support efficiency across teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and launch timelines.
  • Communicate proactively regarding project progress, priorities, feedback, and potential challenges.
  • Participate in creative reviews and thoughtfully incorporate feedback from cross-functional partners.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen visual storytelling and improve the customer experience.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a consumer, fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, print, branding, marketing design, and illustration.
  • Strong illustration skills with the ability to create custom artwork that aligns with an established brand aesthetic.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within collaborative digital design systems.
  • Experience preparing files for both digital applications and professional print production.
  • Highly organized with strong project-management and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Refined visual eye that naturally aligns with the Rylee Cru Collective aesthetic.
  • Local to San Diego County and available to work on-site full-time.
