Residential Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Driver to join our team in Kathleen, GA. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. While trash collection experience is preferred, it is not required. This role involves safely operating a commercial vehicle to collect residential waste and ensure timely and efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in residential areas.
• Collect residential waste according to scheduled routes and procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Trash collection experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
