Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Dublin, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain and repair production equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
