Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our facility in Tifton, GA. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working order, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules, and managing a team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide training and guidance as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs
• Inspect equipment and machinery to identify any issues or potential problems
• Oversee the ordering and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance management is a plus
