About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Digital Marketing Operations & Content Manager to own and execute our digital marketing engine. This role will manage and optimize all core digital properties and platforms, including HubSpot (CRM & CMS), LinkedIn (organic and paid), website management, Wiza prospecting tool, and marketing automation tools.
This individual will play a critical role in driving demand generation, supporting sales through account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and ensuring our digital ecosystem is aligned, measurable, and growth-focused.
You will serve as our internal HubSpot expert and digital marketing operator — building campaigns, managing digital channels, supporting sales enablement efforts, and producing compelling content and graphics that elevate our brand and generate pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing Operations & Platform Ownership
- Serve as the internal expert for HubSpot (CRM, CMS, workflows, automation, reporting)
- Manage and optimize website performance, landing pages, and CMS updates
- Develop content and graphic direction for both organic and paid campaigns
- Manage prospecting tools to support outbound initiatives
- Maintain CRM hygiene, segmentation, and data integrity
- Build and optimize campaigns
- Support ABM and demand generation initiatives in partnership with Sales
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
- Create compelling content that directly supports sales and revenue generation
- Develop marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, presentations, case studies, email copy)
- Own and execute social media content strategy
- Align messaging and campaigns to growth objectives and target accounts
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design graphics and digital marketing assets
- Produce visual content for campaigns, website, presentations, and collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital properties
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Support additional digital and growth-focused marketing initiatives as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, reporting, and processes
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM & CMS (campaign creation, workflow automation, reporting, data analysis)
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn (organic and paid campaigns)
- Experience with website management and digital performance optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tableau (or similar reporting/BI tools)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools
- Proven ability to create content that supports sales, ABM, and demand generation initiatives
- Grounded graphic design experience (social media graphics, marketing materials, digital assets)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GIF creation and/or video editing
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategy and pipeline metrics
