As a Dietary Aide, you will help prepare and serve meals, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive, respectful environment for our residents.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Dietary Aide, you will help prepare and serve meals, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive, respectful environment for our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit to the Director of Food Services.
- Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Review care plans to assure that current dietary information is consistent with foods served.
- Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc., as necessary.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education.
- Must have “Serve Safe of Sanitation” certification.
- Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
- Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
