Position Description
Ryder is immediately hiring Full Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
- Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay $30.00 per hour
- Additional Pay $2.00 per hour
- Sign On Bonus: Pays You $275 at 30 Days and $275 at 90 Days
- Schedule: 2nd shift; Sunday - Saturday (Scheduled 4 days a week, come in 2 of the 3 days to get the additional overtime) Hours will be 4:45 pm - 3:15 am

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must have adequate math skills
- Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
- Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Responsibilities
- Picking product and case pick.
- Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
