Job Description: **This position is onsite** Summary The Human Resources Specialist performs assignments with overall instructions. Interprets personnel policies and procedures or provides support on major programs requiring independent judgment. Essential Functions Prepares analysis and recommendations requiring application of textbook concepts and basic knowledge of the organization Submits final reports or proposals which may be reviewed by senior management May provide guidance and training to others who research and compile information Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
