Automotive Parts Sales Specialist

The Automotive Parts Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting wholesale customers with their parts needs. This includes identifying the correct parts, providing accurate pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories.

Pay/Schedule

• Daytime scheduling, Monday-Friday, one Saturday/month
• Pay range is $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell and process Parts orders
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with GM and company standards
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
• Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience with Parts
• Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
