- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
- Communicate with service advisors on repair status
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Automotive technician or mechanic experience
- ASE certifications
- Dealership or independent shop experience
- Busy shop with consistent workflow and earning potential
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
- Ongoing training and development
- Stable, well-established dealership
- Leadership team invested in employee success
- Entry-Level Technician → Certified Technician
- Certified Technician → Master Technician
- Master Technician → Shop Foreman or Leadership
