What You’ll Do
As our Automotive Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a motivated team, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver the right parts — the first time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, train, and mentor the parts department team to achieve goals and maintain high morale.
- Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and accurate information.
- Maintain balanced inventory levels and proper stock locations.
- Manage ordering, receiving, pricing, and merchandising and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Uphold company safety and compliance standards in all operations.
- Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- 3 years of experience in automotive parts management (preferred).
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
