- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with automotive parts purchases
- Identify and recommend the correct OEM and aftermarket parts based on customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Process parts sales, invoices, quotes, and special orders accurately
- Research part numbers and availability using dealership software and manufacturer catalogs
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely parts availability
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and pricing
- Follow up on customer orders and special-order parts
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous automotive parts, dealership, retail parts, or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills; dealership management software experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
