- Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases
- Identify, locate, and recommend parts based on customer needs
- Manage parts sales transactions from initial contact through invoicing and delivery
- Process special orders and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and parts availability
- Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to ensure timely parts fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory displays and assist with stocking inventory
- Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and inventory control procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; dealership software experience is a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
