Rydal Park & Waters, one of Philadelphia’s premier nonprofit Life Plan Communities, is seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager. Nestled in the heart of Jenkintown, our campus offers independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, and memory support offering residents the freedom to live life fully with the peace of mind that comes from having a plan for the future.The HR Manager performs a broad range of human resources tasks including recruitment and onboarding, payroll verification, HRIS administration, benefits management, employee relations, and HR projects. This role requires a professional presence and strong commitment to employee satisfaction and organizational standards.This position will lead recruitment, retention, and employee relations efforts to build and sustain a high-performing team. The HR Manager will serve as a visible leader across the organization, coaching and guiding managers on employee development, performance management, and relationship-building strategies to support engagement and long-term success.This is an on-site role that reports to the community's HR Director. The HR Manager will support the community with a focus on our health center, which has approximately 150 team members.Pay Range: $65-75k depending on experience Full Time Mon-Fri with weekend Manager on Duty rotationTo be successful in the role, you would have:Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Human Resources work (Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Public/Industrial Relations)Three to five years of progressive and directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in employee and labor relations, delivering and implementing HR programsPHR/SHRM-CP preferredExperience with recruiting strongly preferredSenior living experience preferredHR generalist experience preferred What's in it for you?
