Job Summary
Local manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Team as a Packaging & Shipping/Receiving Associate. You will perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will report to our production manager and work collaboratively with our assembly technicians.
Your Role
- Package Products: Prepare completed orders for shipment with care and accuracy
- Shipping: Label, organize, and process outgoing orders
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move inventory and load/unload shipments
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking stock and warehouse organization
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with others to meet daily goals and lead times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required
- Previous forklift operation experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
