Responsibilities
- Assist in framing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
- Operate hand tools, power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications

- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and other hardware with precision and attention to detail
- Support heavy lifting activities and assist with material handling across construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Skilled in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and woodworking techniques
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and safety equipment use
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC components, and schematics is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout the workday
- Familiarity with roofing materials, siding installation (vinyl or fiber cement), flooring installation (tile or hardwood), and fixture hanging
- Experience in the restoration industry including water damage remediation and mold cleanup is a plus
