Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing comprehensive plumbing estimates.
- Gather and analyze project specifications, drawings, and bid documents to develop accurate cost assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure competitive bids.
- Support the review of contracts, scope of work, and project schedules to ensure alignment with budget goals.
- Contribute to cost control efforts by monitoring project expenses and identifying potential savings opportunities.
- Participate in site visits to gain construction site experience and better understand on-the-ground project requirements.
- Help compile bid packages, organize documentation, and ensure all estimating data is precise and up-to-date.
Qualifications
