We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Perform maintenance tasks and projects
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist with site inspections and report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors
- Support project teams in moving materials, cleaning work areas, and other general labor tasks as needed
- Help coordinate deliveries of materials and supplies to ensure timely project progress

- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team

- Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor for extended periods
