Pressure Washing Technician

Location: Tri-Cities Area (Johnson City, Kingsport & Bristol, TN)
Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal (Approximately 10 Months Per Year)
Pay: $15.00/Hour

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pressure washing services.
- Clean houses, driveways, sidewalks, roofs, gutters, windows, and other exterior surfaces.
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to job sites.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and daily job site cleanup.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
- Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor services is a plus, but not required.
