We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Consignment Intake Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming consignment items while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. The ideal candidate is efficient, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment. Responsibilities include communicating with consignors, verifying item information, entering data into company systems, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth intake process.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Pick up incoming packages and mail from the post office.
- Receive, inspect, and process consignor-graded trading cards (slabs), accurately entering inventory into the company database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails, answering phone calls, and assisting customers with inquires.
- Create accurate and engaging eBay listings for company inventory, including descriptions, pricing an item details.
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
