Product Owner
Location: Norfolk, VA(On-Site)/ Local Profile
Contract- Long Term
Must-have
- 5–8 years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
- Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
- Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
- Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
- Comfortable working onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period
- US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and prioritize the end-to-end Product Backlog
- Lead customer discovery & requirements gathering
- Define workflows for multiple user personas
- Drive Product Vision, Roadmap & Platform Strategy
- Coordinate priorities across Data, Migration & BI teams
- Develop and track KPI / Success Metrics
- Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Help build a scalable, reusable platform for multiple clients
Salary : $60 - $65
