Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required with at least seven to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation and/or benefits administration
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Internet navigation and research, compensation research tools, and Workday.
Certificates And Licenses
The following are preferred:
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Valid driver’s license required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a positive team member experience and effectively lead the team in achieving its goals
- Leads and develops a team, including providing day-to-day support as needed in addition to long-term development and mentorship. Manage performance and sets expectations clearly with each team member.
- Act as liaison to global rewards team members.
- Works with employees, vendors, and brokers to handle compensation and benefit inquiries, as well as compensation complaints, and issues to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.
- Partners with Vice President, Total Rewards on strategy formulation and administration of the Firm’s compensation plans such as base salary, incentive compensation and equity plans, as well as health and welfare, leave, retirement, workers’ compensation, and income protection plans globally.
- Acts as a Project Manager with the due diligence process and manages the compensation and benefits integration process for mergers and acquisitions, and international expansion.
- Creates and maintains compensation philosophy and policy documents, including incentive compensation programs globally in coordination with local support and Ryan overall philosophy.
- Provides guidance for Compensation team of development, implementation, and maintaining pay structures, incentive programs, and other variable pay programs across all geographic areas. Leads execution and project management globally.
- Assures compensation programs directly support strategic goals and are competitive, cost effective, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assists in managing the Annual Salary Review and Talent Review cycles
- In coordination of Incentive Compensation Manager, manages and administers all aspects of the discretionary incentive compensation programs
- Keeps apprised of international, federal, state, and local compensation and benefit laws and regulations in order to ensure Firm compliance.
- Acts as primary lead in the coordination and execution of annual plan renewals and enrollments, including the evaluation of proposals, the modification of benefit materials, the coordination of enrollment meetings, and the transmission of enrollment data to vendors (Global).
