- Assists Project Manager in monitoring the integration of business requirements throughout the project life cycle.

- Demonstrates ability to document and translate requirements while making connections to business processes and potential risk and technology solutions.
- Analyzes existing business and system processes, and provides recommendations with regard to the implementation of tax automation.
- Develops new process designs for tax automation.
- Assists Development and QA to ensure the solution meets the expected business result.
- Validates the Innovation Lab solution(s) to meet the business requirements and expected outcomes, as well as the standards of the Firm.
- Develops and updates documentation relating to business/technical requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Business Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics. Must have 6 hours of Accounting or the ability to substitute technical courses for accounting hours, with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and a Major GPA of 3.25 or higher.
