Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research and the ability to operate 10 key by touch. Experience using MS Query/Excel and Microsoft Dynamics SL is preferred.
Certificates And Licenses
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The position requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including training employees, assigning work, and checking work for accuracy and completeness.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results
People
- Create a positive team member experience.
- Works closely with internal clients to resolve credits and short pays on customer accounts.
- Prepares client refunds as needed.
- Identifies accounts receivable payments for appropriate application to customer account.
- Researches unidentified payments as needed.
- Monitors bank accounts for new EFT, ACH, and Wire payments received.
- Processes non-accounts receivable payments, P-Card transactions, and credit card payments.
- Identifies short payments and takes appropriate actions.
- Completes adjustments to client accounts within 24 hours of final approvals.
- Balances receipts, reconciles daily work batches, and prepares audit trail.
- Responds to payment inquiries in a timely manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
