Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Requirements

• For our FULLY REMOTE position, you must have at least 6 months of in-office State Farm agency experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in GA)
