Farmers Insurance District 40 is looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the insurance industry while working in a supportive and professional environment.

As a Telemarketer, you will play a critical role in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting our agents sales efforts. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and are driven to hit performance goals, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients on behalf of our agencies

• Warm up leads and schedule appointments for licensed agents

• Engage prospects with professionalism while delivering our value message

• Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions

• Assist agents in meeting sales targets by keeping their pipeline full

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills

• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejections positively

• Comfortable working with scripts and following compliance guidelines

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.

• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and basic data entry.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce insurance products and services.
• Qualify leads, gather information, and set appointments for licensed agents.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

• Communicate product benefits clearly and handle basic objections confidently.

• Meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting targets.

• Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
