Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to provide professionally maintained lawns.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning, blade sharpening, and greasing.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 40 – 50 hours per week, primarily Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
- 0 – 2 years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to participate in snow maintenance during winter months.
