Ryan's Construction & Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable, experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Residential framing and new construction
- Deck and porch construction
- Siding installation
- Window and door installation
- Interior and exterior finish carpentry
- Custom kitchen installations and remodels
- Custom bathroom renovations
- Trim work, cabinetry, and built-ins
- Remodeling and renovation projects
- Reading plans and completing projects efficiently
- Maintaining a safe and organized job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with finish carpentry, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
