Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to audit preparations by providing documentation, supporting schedules, and explanations for auditors’ inquiries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions accurately and efficiently.
Skills:
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and journal entries.
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail; capable of identifying discrepancies quickly.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with other financial software tools is beneficial.
Qualifications
- 4 years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
