Title: Director of Technology / Head of Product Engineering

Overview:

We’re partnering with a growing technology company that is investing in its product and platform development. They’re seeking a senior technology leader to oversee engineering execution, guide product innovation, and scale internal systems to support growth. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the CTO and works cross-functionally across the business.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage teams, drive strategy, and execute effectively across product, infrastructure, and application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of internal and external developers.
• Oversee the design and delivery of new and existing software applications—ranging from customer-facing tools to internal operational systems.
• Partner closely with the CTO to define and implement infrastructure and security best practices (cloud-based, Azure environment).
• Evaluate and optimize internal platforms, including CRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Prioritize and assess incoming technology requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Contribute to ongoing data initiatives, including reporting automation and data warehouse development.
• Champion a strong engineering culture and scalable development processes.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
• Proven success managing high-performing dev teams and delivering complex applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure preferred), infrastructure, and system security.
• Experience working with or leading the evaluation of CRM, ERP, and custom platforms.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
