Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator - Costa Mesa, CA
Our client, a fast-growing technology company in Orange County, is seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its high-performing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, executing digital marketing initiatives, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Working directly with senior leadership, you'll help drive the company's content strategy, SEO initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and new website launch. You'll also collaborate with the sales team, PR agency, and external partners, giving you broad visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across LinkedIn, industry publications, and other digital channels
- Produce written content, graphics, photography, and short-form video
- Execute SEO initiatives and optimize website content
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the company website
- Manage email campaigns, CRM updates, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate marketing support for conferences and industry events
- Partner closely with leadership, sales, PR, and external vendors
Qualifications
- 3 years of content, digital marketing, or communications experience
- Experience creating written, visual, and social media content
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently
- Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa
