As an Experienced Arborist/Climber at RYAN, you won't just be "pruning"—you will be executing complex tree care operations and helping mentor the next generation of arborists.
We are seeking an individual who treats arboriculture as a craft, not just a job.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in professional tree climbing and technical rigging. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern climbing gear (SRT/SRS or MRS) and aerial safety standards. Leadership Mindset: A desire to lead a team, maintain equipment, and take ownership of daily production. Physical Stamina: Ability to work aloft for extended periods, lift 50 lbs., and thrive in all Oklahoma weather conditions. Credentials: * Valid Driver’s License (Required).

- Precision Climbing: Perform high-level pruning and complex removals using advanced climbing, rigging, and aerial lift techniques.
- Operational Excellence: Expertly operate chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders while maintaining a "safety-first" culture.
- Path to Leadership: Direct ground crews, manage job site efficiency, and prepare to step into a Crew Lead role as you master our systems.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert, communicating clearly with Tulsa homeowners to ensure expectations are exceeded.
We are seeking an individual who treats arboriculture as a craft, not just a job.
- Ability to obtain DOT certification.
- ISA Certification or a degree in Forestry/Related fields is a major plus.
- SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.
