Ryan Lawn & Tree is rapidly growing and we are expanding our turfgrass and lawn care team. If you love working outside, this role will involve turfgrass applications and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities of a Turf Route Manager:
- Providing excellent account management and customer service to a territory consisting of approximately 400-500 customers
- Conducting thorough assessments of the turfgrass to diagnose and deliver specific lawn care solutions customized for each client based on budget, expectations and environmental factors.
- Work closely with a team to ensure efficient operations, while also having the autonomy to work independently.
- Take care of client properties with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Interact with clients daily in a timely manner, effectively communicating the process, expectations of services needed, services performed, and recommendations for other Ryan services required on their property.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the green or agricultural industry, but we also welcome candidates with a continual learner mindset.
- Secondary education in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License required
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
- Capability to obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license for turfgrass within 3 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
