We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our Honda team. This is not a “sit around and wait” job — it’s fast-paced, team-oriented, and perfect for someone who likes connecting with people and making things happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
• Schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers and keep communication flowing
• Help create an exceptional first impression for our dealership
• Work closely with our service teams
• Keep customer information accurate and organized
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable on the phone and with computers
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Automotive experience is a plus — but not required
