In the Business Development role at Ryan Fireprotection, you will focus on building relationships with facility owners and managers in the Chicago area through a variety of events and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training on newly installed equipment for the property owner and manager.
- Educate end-users on requirements for inspections, testing and maintenance
- Pursue sales leads from call-ins, website and referrals.
- Network with customers, prospects, and other vendors to build awareness of our offerings
- Entertain prospective customers during and after normal business hours.
- Directly sell our services to ensure achievement of individual monthly goals.
- Plan and lead Ryan-hosted events, trade shows and networking functions
- Self-motivated, highly organized and driven
- Proactive communicator with managers and colleagues
- Outstanding interpersonal & communications skills
- Proven ability to work with a team and independently
- Sales experience is strongly encouraged.
- Fire protection experience is encouraged but not mandatory
