The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important support role in a small team environment. This position will provide timely and accurate data entry and handling of administrative tasks across departmental functions with a heavy emphasis on Accounts Payable support.

This is a full time, in person position at our headquarters in Noblesville, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to Accounting Department
- Accurately enter data in the system to support key Accounting functions
- Verify invoice accuracy and other accounting documents or records
- Investigates questionable data and seeks to resolve any discrepancies to insure accuracy
- Provide administrative and clerical support to a small, dynamic team where special projects may be assigned
- Meets deadlines in quick turnaround environment
Qualifications/Important Skills:

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Aptitude for numbers
- Organized
- 2-3 years of Accounting administration experience preferred
