Comp: $175k-$225k
Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions across project management, engineering, and assembly/production (report up to this role). This role drives cross‑functional alignment, operational excellence, and successful project delivery while partnering closely with sales and leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and long‑term scalability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across project management, engineering, and production teams
- Improve efficiency, quality, and scalability through strong operational strategy
- Lead project delivery—on time, within scope, and within budget
- Standardize workflows, tools, and reporting
- Support product development, design improvements, and production quality
- Partner with sales, finance, and supply chain to align operations with business needs
- Lead and develop managers and operational teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (required).
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Proven success overseeing project management, engineering, and production/assembly functions.
- Experience partnering with sales or customer‑facing teams to support delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lean Six Sigma

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on problem‑solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP frameworks, etc.).
- Proficiency with ERP systems and operational analytics.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
