Job Description:
- Greet customers like they are the VIP’s we know they are
- Translate car jargon into human language.
- Keep calm when someone asks if their 2003 Buick can “just get a quick tune-up” before their cross-country trip.
- Hand out keys like you’re dealing cards in Vegas—minus the gambling.
Requirements:
- Must have a smile that can survive Monday mornings.
- Ability to say “We’ll take care of that!” at least 47 times a day.
- Know this is a full-time job (meaning come to work every day)
- Comfortable being the human version of Google Maps for the service department.
