- Prospect and connect with potential clients through outbound phone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and other insurance products.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily activity expectations and monthly sales production goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
- Develop effective prospecting, objection-handling, and closing techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service while helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

- Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred but **NOT required**.
**Licensing & Employment Requirements:**
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License OR willingness to obtain one within approximately two weeks of the interview.
- Life Insurance License OR willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
- Agency-provided licensing study materials and support for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, at our Wichita, Kansas office.
