Duties & Responsibilities
- Masons: Perform high-quality bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting for commercial, residential, and custom projects.
- Laborers: Mix mortar, move materials, set up scaffolding, and assist masons on-site.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to hit project deadlines.
Requirements
- Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to get to local job sites every day.
- For Masons: Proven experience in brick, block, or stone masonry.
- For Laborers: No prior masonry experience required! We are fully willing to train inexperienced laborers who possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality are very important.
